When you submit the quote form, our website validates your contact and event details and sends the request to contact@ourglassevents.com through our email provider. We do not save inquiries in a website database.

Inquiries and later correspondence may be retained in our business mailbox for event planning and business records. Please do not include payment card details or sensitive personal information in this form.

Who handles the information

Our team uses your information to discuss and coordinate your event. Our website host and email providers process information needed to operate those services. Where arranging your event requires another provider, we may share relevant event details for that purpose. We do not sell inquiry information.

Cookies and technical information

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics tools on this site. The quote form uses a temporary session cookie to validate requests and discourage spam. Hosting services may keep standard security and access logs, such as IP addresses and request times. Our application does not put your inquiry text or email password into its diagnostic logs.
